Harvested from the delicate blossoms of Florida's native Black Ti-Ti tree (Cliftonia monophylla), our Ti-Ti Honey is one of the state's rarest and most distinctive varietal honeys. Found primarily in the wetlands, swamps, and pine flatwoods of the Southeast, the Black Ti-Ti blooms for only a short time each spring, producing a limited harvest prized by honey lovers for its bold character and rich complexity.

Dark amber in color with a full-bodied sweetness, Ti-Ti Honey offers deep floral notes layered with hints of caramel and molasses, creating a smooth, robust flavor that lingers pleasantly on the palate. Its naturally rich taste makes it an exceptional choice for those who enjoy a more complex honey with remarkable depth.

Whether paired with artisan cheeses, drizzled over warm biscuits, glazed onto roasted meats, or enjoyed by the spoonful, Ti-Ti Honey delivers a taste of Florida's untouched wilderness in every jar.

Every jar is harvested from our Florida apiaries and bottled just as the bees made it. We never heat or ultra-filter our honey, preserving the natural pollen, enzymes, and wholesome goodness that make raw honey truly special.

From Florida's wetlands to your family's table, Ti-Ti Honey is a rare expression of the wild places our bees call home.

⚠️ Warning

⚠️ Warning: Do not feed honey to infants under 1 year of age.

🍯 Crystallization

Raw honey naturally crystallizes over time. Crystallization is a sign of pure, unprocessed honey and does not affect its quality, flavor, or nutritional value. If your honey becomes crystallized, simply place the jar in warm water (not boiling) until it returns to a smooth, pourable consistency. Avoid microwaving or overheating, as excessive heat can damage the natural enzymes and beneficial properties of raw honey.
