Swamp Honey
Don't let the name fool you—our Swamp Honey isn't harvested from a swamp, and it isn't spicy. Named for its distinctive greenish hue and inspired by Florida's rugged wetlands, Swamp Honey is harvested from the blossoms of the Brazilian Pepper tree, creating one of the state's most unique and flavorful raw honeys.
Rich, buttery, and naturally sweet, this varietal develops a deep, complex flavor with earthy undertones and a smooth finish that lingers pleasantly on the palate. Many describe subtle notes reminiscent of caramel, sweet potato, and warm molasses, making it a favorite among honey enthusiasts looking for something beyond the ordinary.
Its unique green-tinted color is a natural characteristic that inspired the name Swamp Honey, paying tribute to the untamed beauty of Florida's backwoods, marshes, and wild landscapes where our bees thrive.
Whether drizzled over warm cornbread, paired with smoked meats and artisan cheeses, glazed onto roasted vegetables, or stirred into tea, Swamp Honey brings a bold taste of Old Florida to every table.
Every jar is harvested from our Florida apiaries and bottled just as the bees made it. We never heat or ultra-filter our honey, preserving the natural pollen, enzymes, and wholesome goodness that make raw honey truly special.
From Florida's wild landscapes to your family's table, this is one of nature's most distinctive treasures.

⚠️ Warning
⚠️ Warning: Do not feed honey to infants under 1 year of age.
🍯 Crystallization
Raw honey naturally crystallizes over time. Crystallization is a sign of pure, unprocessed honey and does not affect its quality, flavor, or nutritional value. If your honey becomes crystallized, simply place the jar in warm water (not boiling) until it returns to a smooth, pourable consistency. Avoid microwaving or overheating, as excessive heat can damage the natural enzymes and beneficial properties of raw honey.
