Harvested from the fragrant blossoms of Florida's native Saw Palmetto, our Palmetto Honey is one of the state's most sought-after varietal honeys. Blooming for only a few short weeks each spring, the saw palmetto provides honey bees with an abundant nectar source that produces a beautifully smooth, mild honey with exceptional character.

Light amber in color with a rich buttery sweetness and delicate floral finish, Palmetto Honey is prized for its clean, mellow flavor that never overpowers. Its balanced profile makes it equally enjoyable drizzled over warm biscuits, stirred into tea, paired with artisan cheeses, or simply enjoyed by the spoonful.

Every jar is harvested from our Florida apiaries and bottled just as the bees made it. We never heat or ultra-filter our honey, preserving the natural pollen, enzymes, and wholesome goodness that make raw honey truly special.

From Florida's pine flatwoods and palmetto prairies to your family's table, this honey is a true taste of the Sunshine State.

⚠️ Warning

⚠️ Warning: Do not feed honey to infants under 1 year of age.

🍯 Crystallization

Raw honey naturally crystallizes over time. Crystallization is a sign of pure, unprocessed honey and does not affect its quality, flavor, or nutritional value. If your honey becomes crystallized, simply place the jar in warm water (not boiling) until it returns to a smooth, pourable consistency. Avoid microwaving or overheating, as excessive heat can damage the natural enzymes and beneficial properties of raw honey.
